Yes. Procxara is built for small and mid-sized manufacturers, distributors and industrial companies across the GCC, starting with the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar, as well as the United States.
Can international suppliers take part in our RFQs?
Yes. Suppliers anywhere can be invited. They register once, bid from an email link and pay nothing to participate.
Which supplier documents can we collect?
Whatever your qualification requires, for example trade licences, commercial registration, VAT registration certificates, ISO certificates and bank letters, with expiry dates tracked on the supplier record.
Does Procxara work with our ERP?
Procxara runs standalone and can also connect to cloud or on-premise ERPs and other external systems for master data, purchase orders and invoices.
