Privacy notice
Last updated 16 October 2026
This notice explains what personal information Procxara collects through procxara.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only. Use of the Procxara platform by customers is covered by the agreement signed with each customer.
1. Who we are
Procxara (“Procxara”, “we”, “us”) provides e-procurement software for manufacturers in the GCC and the United States. We are responsible for the personal information described in this notice.
2. What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through the forms on this site:
- Demo requests: your name, work email, company, country, company size, the type of ERP or external system you use, and any message you add.
- Quote requests: your name, work email, company, country, the number of buyers and legal entities, the type of ERP or external system, the modules you are interested in, whether you would like a founding-customer place, and any message you add.
- Waitlist sign-ups: your work email.
With each form we also record the page it was sent from. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Please don't send sensitive information, such as financial account details or health information, through these forms.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your request and arrange a demo, prepare a quote or offer you early access.
- To understand which products and regions there is interest in, so we can plan our roadmap.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
We process your information because you asked us to (to respond to your request), and because we have a legitimate interest in running and improving our business. Where the law requires your consent, we rely on it, and you can withdraw it at any time.
We don't sell your personal information, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't add you to marketing emails unless you ask us to.
5. Where it is processed
Our service providers may process your information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer under the data protection laws that apply to them.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to respond and follow up with you. If you become a customer, your information becomes part of our customer records. If you don't, we delete enquiries we no longer need, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the data protection laws of the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and US states such as California, you may have the right to:
- ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it;
- ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- ask us to delete your information;
- object to, or ask us to limit, how we use it;
- withdraw consent you have given; and
- complain to your local data protection authority.
To make a request, use the contact form and tell us what you would like us to do. We may need to confirm your identity before we act, and we will respond within the time the law allows. We won't treat you differently for exercising your rights.
9. Security
The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and we limit access to enquiries to the people who need them to respond. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
10. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as our website or services change. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
11. Contact us
