About pricing
- How is Procxara priced?
- By the named buyers on your procurement team, the package you choose and anything you add. Sourcing events are unlimited, so you're never penalised for running more of them.
- Do suppliers pay anything?
- No. Suppliers participate for free, need no training, and bid from an email link.
- Is implementation included?
- Every customer gets a fixed-scope implementation: a requirements workshop, configuration, templates for your categories, a supplier data load, training and hypercare for your first live event. Your quote lists exactly what is delivered.
- How long does it take to go live?
- Weeks, not months. Procxara also runs standalone, so you can start sourcing while any connection to your external systems is built.
- Which modules does a quote cover?
- Procxara Sourcing today: RFx, auctions, intake and controls, approvals, supplier onboarding, bid comparison and award, and the command center. Modules marked In development on the product page are added as they launch.
